Argentina's 'Cerveza Andes' Beer has won the prestigeous Grand Prix at the 57th International Cannes Lions Outdoor Advertising Awards.

"The Teletransporter", a soundproof booth, was placed in the main bars of Mendoza, Argentina promising to "save relationships". According to Del Campo/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi in Buenos Aires, which came up with the campaign, while men love going to bars to drink beer with friends their girlfriends hate them doing this.

The bar booths were fitted with a sound panel that recreates different environments such as a traffic jam, minding grandma or karate class, so men can call their girlfriends in the booth and convince them they aren’t in a bar.

“More happy men at bars, less broken up couples,” the advertiser said.
